This Partnership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into ondate* (the “Effective Date”) by and between type name* (hereinafter referred to as the “Partner”) with an address of  type address*  and the Iowa Phoenix

▪The Parties agree that the total cost of the Services will beFill in*
▪Full payment will be paid at the signing of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the means of payment will be via type name*
▪Hereby, the Parties agree that the Iowa Phoenix in this Agreement is an independent contractor, as he/she provides the services hereunder and acts as an independent contractor.
▪The Iowa Phoenix shall not be considered an employee under any circumstances. No employer/employee relationship is established or implied with this Partnership agreement. ▪This Agreement does not create any other partnership between the Parties.
▪This Agreement is an Agreement that is not based on exclusivity. Hence, the Parties are entitled to enter into other Agreements with other parties.
▪In exchange for this Partnership, the Iowa Phoenix agrees to provide the items listed in the Partnership Package or the Add-Ins.
▪Iowa Phoenix has no liability or responsibility to the Partner) beyond the scope of this agreement.
▪Partner grants the Iowa Phoenix the right to use their intellectual property in promoting the Iowa Phoenix, including logos and other brand trademarks.
▪The purchased partnership package is not transferable for any reason.
▪Anything not expressly addressed in this Partnership agreement’s terms shall be governed by the contract laws of the State of Iowa
