Saturday September 17th 2022 from 10am to 6pm

Sunday September 18th 2022 from 10am to 4 pm
- Applicants must be the sole designer / creator of the work being sold
- One 8 foot table will be provided to you, with a fire retardant table cloth
- Vendors must participate in a small donation to the 100 swag bags.
Vendors wishing to participate have the option to cover their table and leave their displays set up over night. The hall will be locked safely.
Payment Information

Deposit = 50$

+

One 8 foot table = 200$

+

Electricity = 25$ (if requested)

Deposit is the be paid once acceptance letter is received

Deadline for the application form is July 1st 2022

By submitting this application you are expressing an interest in participating in Valixya Events. Your product will be reviewed by a jury and confirmation of acceptance will follow by July 18th 2022

Valixya Events will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise during the vendor show or anytime in between. Nor are they responsible for any potential injury that could perhaps occur during this event however unlikely the case may be.
