We have 2 coaches currently running our Small Group PT, both coaches run at the same prices and both the packages (in terms of what's included) are the same, however they do have slightly different training styles.
Here is a description of what to expect from each coach to help you with your decision below.
Hannah - CrossFit and Hyrox/Conditioning.
Cate - HIIT (Hyrox style), Conditioning and Functional Fitness.
Tom - Strength, Conditioning and Performance work.
