A $50.00 non-refundable charge to use the Upper Beach Shelter is required at time of reservation. Fee permits up to 25 guests to use beach facilities on specified date of party only (25 wristbands will be given to property owner to use for guests upon check in at lifeguard stand All music will end at 10:00 p.m. Any damages will be repaired at property owner's expense. Area will be cleaned up immediately following the event. Be considerate of neighboring property owners. Disorderly guests will be asked to leave or be escorted from the premises. (Available are 10 picnic tables, 1 grill, 1 pop machine, 2 bathrooms and 4 trash carts
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation more than 2 weeks before the event, the $50.00 facility fee will be credited to your POA account within 2 weeks. If less than 2 weeks before the event, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be deducted, and $25.00 will be credited to your POA account within 2 weeks.
Damage/Extra Cleaning Policy: Any expenses incurred to repair damage to the facility or for extra cleaning will be charged to your POA account.
