Are you a current sexual health professional? If so, please explain your expertise. We have several programs (and affiliates) that may be a better match than our coaching program dependent on your current level of expertise.
If you are needing tuition assistance, please explain an estimate amount you would need support with (our tuition varies with the particular tracks of interest). Please review information pages for information. We cannot guarantee all needs will be met but will try our best to accommodate. Agreement & Application Fee

Thank you so much for completing the application for consideration into The Inclusive Sex Coach Program. We require an application fee that is nonrefundable based on an equity tier. Please select which would be best for your budget at this present time.

By submitting the following application, you agree to the following:*

You embody respect for humanity, the infinite worth of all individuals, unapologetic inclusion, and strivings towards justice, dignity, and belonging.
You understand that if you choose to withdraw from any of The Institute for Healing Justice and Transformation programs before you begin (up to 24 hrs notice), you'll be refunded all tuition paid less your nonrefundable application fee.
You understand that once you have enrolled into a payment plan for your course and have started the course, your payment is nonrefundable. With petition, your admission can be transferred and/or paused. In certain situations, barter opportunities may be available.
You understand that misconduct, harassment, abuse, and nonconsensual interactions will result in forfeiture of your tuition paid and prevention of further education through The Institute for Healing Justice & Transformation.
You understand that we do not discriminate based on any identifiers. Due to the nature and access of the work, you are attesting that you do not have any pending charges or convictions related to sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual misconduct with a minor, etc. Non-disclosure will result in possible forfeiture of your tuition paid and prevent of further education through The Institute for Healing Justice & Transformation.
You understand that this is a virtual course that requires internet access and pre-planned limited live meetings. If you are unable to make it at select dates, make-up time will be available to meet your needs.
You understand that if you are on a payment plan and do not complete your payments, The Institute for Healing Justice & Transformation will not drop you from the program but will hold your certificate until all is paid. If situations occur that require postponing your education, you can transfer to the next available cohort at no additional fee and resume your payments at that time.

The Institute for Healing Justice & Transformation:

Non-Compete, Intellectual Property Rights, and Non-Replication Agreement
Non-Compete, Intellectual Property Rights, and Non-Replication Agreement:

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The Institute for Healing Justice and Transformation at The Jilan Center ("The Institute") and the undersigned participant ("Participant") as a condition of enrollment in any program, course, or training offered by The Institute.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, content, curriculum, methodologies, and resources provided by The Institute, including but not limited to written materials, recorded lectures, course frameworks, branding, and proprietary techniques ("Institute Materials"), are the sole intellectual property of The Institute. Participants may use these materials for personal educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of Institute Materials for commercial purposes, including but not limited to workshops, courses, coaching programs, or consulting services, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from The Institute.

2. Non-Compete Clause

Participants agree that for a period of two (2) years following the completion of any program, they will not develop, teach, market, or sell any course, program, or service that is substantially similar to or derived from The Institute’s curriculum, methodologies, or training materials without explicit written permission. This applies to both direct and indirect competition, including online and in-person offerings.

3. Non-Replication Agreement

Participants shall not use The Institute’s name, branding, program titles, concepts, or any likeness thereof to promote or offer services, workshops, or trainings without prior authorization. Additionally, Participants may not claim certification, endorsement, or affiliation with The Institute unless expressly granted in writing.

4. Enforcement & Remedies

The Institute reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief and monetary damages, against any Participant who breaches this Agreement.

5. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By enrolling in any program at The Institute, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
