HOW TO SCORE YOURSELF
The total score per section is 10 points. You will carefully read the description of these sections, then Score Yourself with the Number that best represents your current life as it stands today.
Remember, this is meant to Expose where there are Gaps to be filled inside your life (Body, Mind Heart & Soul), and Where You Can Accelerate Your Results. So do yourself a favour and be brutally honest with yourself - with the good, the bad, and the ugly.Ater you choose your rating, you will be asked to put a new habit in place to help move you towards your goals. These habits don't (and shouldn't) have to be mammoth tasks. Start small and once it becomes easy, you can build it up from there.
E.g. If you want to lose a little weight, eating 3 salads a day and training for 60 minutes is unrealistic. Start with one easy change in your diet, such as removing a late night snack, and adding just 2 minutes of exercise into each day. Then build it up

It isn't easy to dive deep into our current lifestyle and uncover weaknesses. However, by taking the time to complete this task, you have awakened yourself to gaps in your routines and processes and you can now finally begin to improve them.This awareness is key to change. We have to go through this process in order to challenge our current normal.
Take the habits you've mentioned and schedule them into your diary RIGHT NOW.If it isn't tracked, it can't be improved, so schedule it in.
