HINTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL AERIAL SHOOT
1. TIME OF THE DAY FOR THE SHOOT. Make sure that you've selected a time of the day for the shoot that shows your property in the best light. For example, if you are requesting the dominant angles to showcase the front of your property and the front of your property is in sunlight in the morning, you probably would want to select a morning shoot.
2. CLEANLINESS OF THE PROPERTY. If the photography is to show the property from relatively low altitudes, please make sure that there are not areas or objects that could possibly show up as objectionable in the finished product such as trash, clutter or unwanted vechicles.
3. VERIFIED ACCESS TO PILOT. If the pilot decides on lauch points within the bounds of the property which may require special access, please provide such access as may be required and/or a company representive that can provide any necessary access on the day of the shoot. Please make sure that company personnel are aware that an authorized pilot will be on site.
