Subject: Preparation of 2024 Tax Return

 

We thank you for choosing Boss Up Taxes to assist you with your 2024 tax return. This letter confirms the terms of our engagement with you and outlines the nature and extent of the services we will provide.

We will prepare your Federal and State 2024 Income Tax Return. We will depend on you to provide the information needed to prepare and complete an accurate return. We may ask you to clarify some items but will not audit or otherwise verify the data you submit. Under penalties of perjury, you will need to answer any questions regarding your tax return correctly to the best of your knowledge.

We will return all your original documents to you at the end of this engagement. We advise you to securely store your personal information along with any supporting documents, (i.e. Bank Statements, personal identification etc.) as these items may later be needed to prove accuracy and completeness of a return. We will retain copies of your records and all documents for a period of seven (7) years. We reserve the right to hold funds while waiting on documents requested from you. This includes any and all identifying records needed or used to prepare your return. All documents are required to prepare a complete and accurate return. Cash Advances are subject to bank approval. There is no credit check. We do not have any information on why you may or may not be approved. Approval ratings are 9/10 for the cash advance. So yes you do have an amazingly good chance on getting approved for one.
