Lobo™ Zoysiagrass Plant Stock Request Form

There are several acres of Lobo™ Zoysiagrass foundation. To be considered to receive plant stock, eligible farms must fill out this plant stock request form.

Before proceeding, please be aware of the following:

1. If your plant stock request is approved, a Lobo Zoysiagrass license agreement must be signed and returned before the plant stock request is honored.

2. You must be able to provide latitude and longitude of the southwest corner of the field that Lobo will be planted in.

3. In the state of North Carolina, Lobo Zoysiagrass plant stock will need to be planted on land that meets the requirements of NC Crop Improvement. Outside of North Carolina, the land must meet the requirements of the state AOSCA agency or SALT (Sod Solutions Accredited Licensed Turfgrass) program.
