E-scripts

After your payment is processed, a PDF Script will be emailed for you to print at your convenience.

For titles with multiple sizes we'll email the appropriate version based on the number of scripts you order. 

Please order and print one script for every actor. (There will be a link to purchase additional scripts if you need in your confirmation email. Yep, we're trusting you.)

Scripts for Director and Tech Crew are free, just print as needed.

E-scripts are non-refundable. If you end up needing more actor scripts please email us to render payment.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

By proceeding to checkout, customers agree to and acknowledge the following when licensing plays from Pink Llama Drama LLC:

E-Scripts

• At least one e-script per cast member must be purchased for every production.
• Scripts for the director and tech team are free to print as needed.
• No additional scripts will be photocopied or reproduced in any way unless purchased. (A link for additional scripts will be included with your confirmation email.) This includes classroom or competition use.
• There are no refunds for e-script purchases.

Royalties

• Royalties will be paid for all performances in front of an audience, whether or not admission is charged. This includes audience-attended dress rehearsals.
• Online/streamed performances are allowed and follow the same strictures as live performances.
• If performances are cancelled, Pink Llama Drama will offer partial refund or full credit for future performance.
• Video recording for the cast and crew keepsake is allowed. 

Media

All media, recording, and programs should include:

• Play Title by Kate Swenson
• Produced with permission from Pink Llama Drama.
• Social media postings shall include #pinkllamadramaplays

Script Customization
With this licensing, individual productions may:

• Change names or genders to fit actors for most roles. (Unalterable roles are noted in individual scripts.)
• Cut or combine certain roles.  (Guidelines provided by Pink Llama Drama.)
• No additional edits or alteration should be made to the script without the prior permission of Pink Llama Drama LLC. We're flexible--just ask!

Pink Llama Drama LLC reserves the right to assess an infringement penalty up to ten times the original cost owed for any unauthorized changes, additional photocopying of scripts, or producing a play or without acquiring proper rights.
