Due to high enrollment for the 4/5 years old 3-day AD class, we will not be offering the 5+ T/TH/F AD class this year. Instead, we are offering a 4/5 years old M/W/F AD class and a 4/5 years old T/TH/F AD class.
Please note any special factors we should consider or be aware of when placing your child in a class(example: speech, sensory, allergies, age, parent work needs, IEP, etc.).

I attest that the information on this Registration Form is true and accurate. I understand that a non-refundable registration fee of $50 must be submitted by check or online (below) for the registration process to be complete. ATC will send a letter regarding placement within three weeks of registering. To confirm acceptance of placement, the first tuition payment is due within two weeks of receiving placement letter.
