I understand the requirements and grant permission for the resuce to call, and check in on the foster dog and I will provide information to The Pretty Pittie to help get the dogs adopted or ready for transport. I understand The Pretty Pittie Committee reserves the right to either refuse adoption or to nullify the adoption and reclaim said rescue from my premises without reimbursement of the adoption fee, if I do not abide by their rules and standards for adoption, I also release The Pretty Pittie Committee from any liabilities I may incur from the foster / adoption process or by the animal while in my care.
