I am requesting funds to support travel from a Neighbor Island.
If you checked the box above, please provide an itemized accounting of the costs your school's group will incur (estimated figures are acceptable at this time). Reimbursement of travel expenses is limited to roundtrip economy airfare (non-refundable tickets), and transportation to and from the event from the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. Parking at your home airport is not included. Parking passes for on campus parking will be provided by the Roadmap. DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES until you receive confirmation from the Roadmap that funds are available for your school.
PARKING: Please check here if you will need parking and provide a RELIABLE mailing address below. Parking permits will be mailed out 7-9 days before the event. We regret that we are unable to replace lost or stolen permits.

Terms. There is no charge for this event, but we do have a few requests: a) Please make sure that your students are prepared to participate actively in the event; and b) If your plans change, please notify roadmap@hawaii.edu with any cancellations or changes to your number of attendees no later than MARCH 15. (We incur costs for unused meals and tables. Please kokua.) Mahalo!
