The time that services will begin will be determined by us when the contract is received.

• Please arrive for your services on time if you are selecting in salon services. • Please consider bringing your own skincare if you have allergies (eg. moisturiser and a cleanser) • Please arrive for your appointment with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed by us • When necessary, a shampoo will be done at the salon by the stylist (in salon weddings only & when scheduled) • Remember to bring your headpiece and/or veil

We highly recommend a wedding trial to be scheduled at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.  The trial can be scheduled by emailing studioj2013@yahoo.com or by phone 859-624-9700. Please provide to the receptionist your event date and when you would like to come in for trial run. When you come in for your practice, we recommend that you bring • Your headpiece • Pictures of hairstyles and makeup that you like • A digital camera or moblie phone with camera capabilities • A picture of your dress • Someone who’s opinion you value • We suggest wearing a white top

Studio J Salon & Spa offers gift certificates for services in various dollar amounts.  Our gift certificates are a very nice way to say thank you to the members of your bridal party.

Please be aware that this contract requires a credit card to reserve all of your appointments. The complete cost of all bridal party services will be figured upon the information you provide on this Contract.  Prices are subject to change as you or your guests may change their styling needs.

No charges will be made to your credit card until services are performed. However, we do require two weeks (14 days) advance notice cancellation policy. In the event that an appointment is canceled less than one week (7 days) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for ALL (100%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. In the event that an appointment is canceled from one week (7 days) to two weeks (14 days) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. Payment for all services is due the day of services. Each guest may pay individually, or you may elect to have us charge your card for the whole party. Please note below how you will be paying. All Credit Card information will be used for this event only.

Any changes or cancellations must be made no later than one month (30 days) prior to wedding date. Any cancellations after that date will result in a 80% charge for the appointment(s). In the event that an appointment is canceled from 2 months (60 days) to three months (90 days) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. Appointment services and times cannot be changed on the day of the scheduled appointments. Doing so will result in the loss of the appointment and a full charge for the service(s) scheduled. It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day! We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylist, muas and other clients.
