IMPORTANT NOTES:

Each household should complete their own registration, using the appropriate form for new or returning campers, or Oakland or non-Oakland residents. The one exception is children who are attending as guests of a household, who can be included on the same registration form; you must provide the name and contact information of their parent/guardian, who will be asked to complete a waiver.

We welcome you to request a specific type of accommodation, including specific tents or cabins, if you have a preference. We do our best to provide everyone with one of their top three requests; however, housing assignments are processed in the order received. Additionally, availability of specific housing is contingent on COVID-19 protocols. Many families have no preference. Take a look at our Camp Map for locations of tents/cabins and electricity.

OFRC/Camps in Common reserves the right to make final assignments based on availability. Housing assignments will begin to be distributed in April 2022.

How many tents/cabins do you require? (4 beds max to tent, 3 beds max to cabin) *

Due to fire marshal requirements, our cabins are limited to 3 twin beds and our tents are limited to 4 twin beds. Cabins can accommodate up to 4 campers and tents can accommodate up to 5 campers if your family includes young children who can comfortably share a twin bed.

Following the completion of this form, your credit card will be charged for the deposit amount you select. A minimum 25% deposit is due at this time; however, you may also choose to pay 50%, 75%, or in full. Final balance due dates are based on the date of your selected sessions:

Weeks 1-3 | Balance Due May 16th. All reservations confirmed after this date must pay in full during registration.
