We require a 50% deposit upon registration to secure your spot in the program.
All of our participants are required to have proof of double vaccination.
During these extraordinary times, we have updated our cancellation policy to accomodate for these times. While we are cautiously optimistic, we know we need to plan for these times and special situations. Any program that is cancelled due a change in the governmental guidelines or other reasons related to COVID-19 or you are unable to attend due to travel restrictions we will give you a credit for future programs or a refund, whichever you prefer. For non-COVID-19 related cancellations, our regular cancellation policy applies (see below). Furthermore, if you are feeling sick or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms before a program, even within the week leading up to the program, we will give you a full credit for a program in the future. We want paddlers to safely plan and get excited about getting out on the water and exploring!
Regular Cancellation Policy:
As our kayak instruction courses and events have a limited number of spots available, once our classes we gladly put you on a waiting list if someone cancels. Due to this, we can’t refund or reschedule within 30 days unless a replacement participant is found. If you must cancel we try very hard to find someone to take your spot for you. If we can fill your spot, or for cancellations 30 days or more in advance a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee, will be charged per person. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we are unable to offer a refund.
