Use this form when closing the concession stand.

Enter amount of start up cash provided for event. For most events this will be $220 unless otherwise noted. ($200 bills, $20 coins)

Count all cash! Record paper bills & coins separately below. (Remember to include rolled quarters that may still be in cash bag in coin count.)

If Square Reader used for card payments enter total from Square Report in the designated field below.

Do not type into the Auto Calculated fields.

Square Report
To retrieve the total sales on the Square, click on Menu, Reports, Sales. Make sure you are on the correct event date. (Swipe to change date if needed. Select single day for start and end.) Total sales for the day will be displayed. Scroll to the bottom and use the amount shown in the category for Indoor (or Outdoor) Concessions only. If any other type of transactions take place that day (spirit wear sales, membership, etc.), they will also be in the total.
Total Paper Bills (No Coins) *
Enter total paper bills at end of event. DO NO INCLUDE COINS HERE
Total Coins Only*
Enter total coins at end of event. Remember to check cash bag for additional rolled/bagged quarters to be included in count. (Bag/Roll = $10)
Total Cash (Auto Calculates)*
Do not enter, calculates total bills + coins, minus start up amount.
Total Square Sales (If Used For Event)*
From Square menu select reports, sales, select correct date, enter total sales ONLY from the correct category (Indoor or Outdoor Concessions). Do not use the overall total for the day if it includes other categories.
Total Sales (Auto Calculates)*
Do not enter, calculates card & cash sales.
Group Earnings (Auto Calculates)*
30% of Total Sales - If less than $80, group will receive $80 minimum
Cash Bag Color/Description*
What is the main color of the bag? (Not the stripes)
Cash Bag Given To/Location*
