What is the Wild Hart Photography Wild Tribe?
The Wild Tribe is a Senior Ambassador Program for any senior that desires MORE out of their senior year than just a normal senior session! In this program, you’ll be the face of Wild Hart Photography.
The goal of the Wild Tribe is to find energetic and unique seniors that are willing to stand out from the crowd to actively promote Wild Hart Photography in a positive, uplifting way.
The Wild Tribe is a program that benefits both the senior & photographer.
Not only do you get discounts and incentives, but you’ll also get the opportunity to meet other seniors like yourself, make new friends and have a safe space where you can be yourself!
This is more than just having your photos taken.
It is an exciting and unforgettable experience taking place over your whole senior year. It is a community of girls who make memories together, laugh together, and build each others up along the way. We focus on spreading kindness, encouraging others, and growing our confidence.
REQUIREMENTS
+ Contract signed by senior and parent/guardian.
+ A full model release is included in every contract so I can use the images for marketing and portfolio purposes.
+ Agree to be an exclusive ambassador for Wild Hart Photography. You cannot get portraits done by any other photographer during the 2026-2027 school year.
+ Agree to represent Wild Hart Photography in a positive, uplifting way. Refrain from gossip/slander. No bullying or rumors are tolerated.
+ Pay the $1,000 overall fee for the Wild Tribe via payment plan or all at once, your choice.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE WHEN JOINING
+ Discounts, discounts, discounts!
+ Group meet and greet. Each senior will get 5 individual images and access to all of the group images. Each senior gets 1 outfit and the location is set. Professional editing and retouching, private online gallery and print release. This is set for May 2026 and you MUST attend.
+ 30 minute individual welcome session. This comes with 10 images, 1 outfit and location, professional editing and retouching, styling guide and services, private online gallery and print release. Must book in June of 2026.
+ 2 one hour individual session booked anytime throughout senior year. This includes 2 locations and up to 2 outfits per session, 40 images per session, 80 total, professional editing and retouching, styling guide and services, private online gallery and print release.
+ Exclusive styled sessions. Wild Hart Photography will host 4 fun, themed, styled sessions throughout the year (weather permitting). These sessions are exclusive to my Wild Tribe! If you participate in these styled sessions, the images are yours to keep, no extra charge! Hair, makeup and outfits will be chosen by me for the style sessions.
+ Receive 15% off any session booked with Wild Hart Photography during your senior year. (ex. family session, couple session, prom or homecoming minis.)
+ FREE 30 minute birthday session.
+ Be the first to be chosen for my creative sessions.
+ Wild Hart Photography T-Shirt.
PRICE
The total price to be a part of the Senior Experience is $1,000.
$100 down is due at the time of signing the Wild Tribe contract and is non-refundable.
A payment of $100 is due at the time of the group meet and greet in May.
A payment of $200 is due August 1st.
A payment of $200 is due at their first one hour individual session.
A payment of $200 is due November 1st.
And the last payment of $200 is due February 1st.
