PLEASE READ the following notices before completing the online registration form: 

1. This online registration is to benefit those who would like to pay the "Group Rate" through FGLV Church, instead of paying the full price for "General Admission" for the conference. The prices for both are provided below: 
   
   - General Admission: $39.00 + $4.01 fee / ticket
   - Early Bird Group Rate: $20 / ticket
   
   
2. The first 50 to register will pay the Early Bird "Group Rate" of $20 per ticket for the conference. This online registration will close once the limit is reached.
   
   
3. Make sure to register and pay by February 27th, 2022 at the "Registration Table" after your Sunday service!
