• Ciji New Client Application

  • Thank you for your interest in booking a new client service with Ciji! Ciji requires all new inquiries to fill out a new client application. This is in place of a consultation and allows her to assess whether your hair and goals are a good fit. Ciji is a cutting and color specialist and in training for IBE certification. However, she does not take on new clients that are fashion colors, corrective color, or haircut only. If your desired hair is not a fit for Ciji she will be happy to send you a recommendation for someone who might be.  Ciji's Schedule  Wednesday 9-3 Thursday 9-7 Friday 9-5 Occasional Saturday 9-5    Chemical Appointments with Ciji can take anywhere from 3-6 + hours. We highly recommend you book an appointment on a day with no other time constraints so that you nor she is rushed during the process. Please be sure to fill out the entire form with accurate information. Please allow 72 hours for a response. ** The Salon will only  be reaching out if she has an opening to take on a new client. Filling out this form does not guarantee an appointment with her**
  • NOW FOR THE FUN PART! upload photos of your current hair from the front, back, and sides. Grab a friend and have them take the photo. NO SELFIES WILL BE ACCEPTED Take your photos in natural lighting for accuracy   Then upload pictures of your goal hair!

  • CANCELLATION POLICY All new clients are required to pay a 50 dollar deposit to hold their appointment. Once a day and time is agreed upon an invoice will be sent to the email provided. The client will have 24 hours to pay it to secure their appointment. If it is not paid the appointment will simply be cancelled. Once paid that deposit is applied to the service.  We understand that sometimes life happens and you'll need to reschedule or cancel. We ask for a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If it is under 48 hours the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to book.   Appointment confirmations are sent out via email and text. If they are not confirmed we will reach out to confirm them.  NO SHOWS- no showing an appointment will result in a full charge of the service and no longer able to book appointments.  LATE- we also understand life can happen here too. Please give yourself enough time to allow for parking and any light traffic. 15 min past the appointment will result in cancellation.
