  • I, the undersigned, do hereby consent and agree that my photo images and/or any video media recordings made of me may be used in any and all media exhibits, marketing materials and/or website of the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum or its subsidiaries (the Museum). I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or a history name or commentary to match these stories.

    I do hereby release to the Museum, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market and sell copies. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media is used.

    I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for recording me, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback.

  • The person/organization above agrees to provide the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum with all media aerial footage and behind the scenes photos and footage for our usage. We have the right to share these with our visitors, in ads, on our website and all our media promo’s including items for sale in our gift shop. Proper recognition of the St. Augustine Lighthouse, our Management and staff.

  • Permission is hereby granted for person/organization listed above to use photographs, related text, images and data provided by the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum and its subsidiaries (the Museum) or of the Museum.

  • Conditions of Use

    • “Data” means but is not limited to any materials such as research, intellectual property, descriptions, captions, blogs, web pages, related text, statistics, visitation numbers, programs or other such information about services of the institution.
    • Any further use of the photographs, related text, images and data provided by the Museum or of the Museum for purposes other than that stated will require additional approval in writing from the Museum.
    • When referring to the Museum or any subsidiary you must first use our full legal name The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum before referring to any subsidiary or using any nickname like The Lighthouse, The Museum, LAMP etc.
    • Use of our image, brand, logo, or anything owned by or under loan to The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum must be use in a family friendly manor. Further, no use that is discriminatory, defamatory, or derogatory toward the Museum, its potential customers, guests, or agents is permitted whatsoever. The Museum reserves the right to request and receive immediate removal of its trademark from any item that does not meet these requirements. By signing this contract, you consent not to disparage our brand, image, logo, exc. in any way. 
    • Any use of photographs, related text, images and data must include the logo and name of the Museum. It must be no smaller than 8% of the image and include accurate credit to the Museum for its own work, data, images, research, and property. The logo must be replaced with approved text when the logo will end up less than 2.5 x 2.5 inches in size. 
    • Nothing is to be superimposed on the content provided by the Museum or of the Museum without written approval.
    • Certain phrases and language/words alone are protected as trademarks of the Museum. Conditions herein apply to all such phrases, words, images, objects and copy that are registered trademarks of the Museum separate from the logo.
    • When the Lighthouse Archaeological Maritime Program logo is used, the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, Inc. logo must also be included.
    • Photographs, related text, images and data provided may not be distorted or combined with outside images without express permission.
    • The Museum logo may only be used without deviations of colors, size, fonts or styles.
    • The Museum reserves the right to request and receive removal of its content from any label, copy, product, photograph, publication, and flyer, digital or printed material that is not of the highest quality regarding sharpness, color, composition or legibility. One (1) proof sample must be submitted to the designated Public Relations Officer for the Museum or to the office of the Executive Director before PUBLICATION, to ensure quality and accuracy of the Museum's brand. Additional proofs or samples may be requested until the product meets Museum brand quality standards.
    • A separate written agreement is required for each additional usage of museum data, images, text and/or materials.
    • Use of the Museum’s photographs, related text, images and data does not constitute endorsement of any product, presentation or ideas presented.  Applicant agrees not to represent Museum as an endorser of any product, presentation, idea or event outside the agreed-to purpose without express written permission for this separate purpose.
    • The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum does not forfeit ownership or use rights of any material, photos, artifacts, exhibits, stories, research, etc.
    • This agreement is non-transferable.
