    Series: Acts: Empowered for the Mission, Part 56

    Text: Acts 28:17-31

    Main Idea: For the Church to be effective in the world, we must recognize the problem, realize the promise & make the proclamation of the Gospel a priority wherever we go!

  • 1. The Problem: Remember that the world      the Gospel & those who follow Christ. (v. 17-20)

    2. The Proclamation: Be ready to      proving the truth of Jesus from the Scripture. (v. 21-23)

    3. The Prophecy: Realize that some will believe in the Gospel, but many will      just as Scripture prophesied. (v. 24-27, Is 6:9-10)

    4. The Promise: Be motivated by God’s promise that those who turn from sin & turn to God will be      . (v. 27c-28)

    5. The Priorities: Be ready to spread the Gospel wherever you are with      . (v. 30-31)
