  • Budget Information

  • Please provide estimates of your expenses (we are not looking for "ballpark" figures - these should be close to the actual expenses anticipated based on research).

    The maximum award amount is:

    • $700.00 for out-of-state / international travel
    • $350.00 for in-state travel total,

  • Total:  0/
  • Total Project Costs, SRTG Request, and Budget Justification

Your total project or conference costs may be greater than the amount you are requesting from the SRTG Program. In most cases, SRTG will only cover a portion of their total expenses.

All grant applications must include a budget justification that explains each expense included in the request.

Applicants are expected to research anticipated costs and provide reasonable estimates for all requested expenses.

Students are expected to seek additional sources of funding to support their work. Many conferences offer scholarships, travel grants, registration waivers, or other financial assistance for presenters. Because SRTG funding may not cover all conference-related expenses, applicants are expected to pursue these funding opportunities before requesting SRTG support.

In the Budget Narrative section below, please provide a brief justification for each expense included in your SRTG funding request.
