HASTI Conference Scholarship Application

Pre-service/Beginning Teacher (1 - 5 yrs)
The Hoosier Association of Science Teachers, Inc is dedicated to the on-going professional development of its members. It is HASTI’s desire to help in the continuing development of preservice and begining teachers, particularly where local funds are insufficient.

At least five pre-service or new science teachers (1-5 years) will be considered for a conference scholarship. Funds can be used for registration and membership fees for one year. The grant cannot fund teacher stipends or substitute pay.

You must pre-pay for membership and conference registration in order to qualify for the scholarship.

For funded scholarships, the grantee must submit a report within two weeks after the HASTI conference. This report must include a budget report. See HASTI webpage for further details.
