Welcome to the Print Material Application process, we are excited that you have chosen us to provide you with our services. Your business is very important to us. Below is a short application, agreement form and questionnaire, please take your time and fill out all the information. Please be clear in what it is that you envision for your website. THE AGREEMENT
- We ask that you provide your own written content. If we have to provide your written content (for brochures and wrack cards and with your consent) you will be charged an additional $100.
- Make sure as you are laying out the written content on this form you have the bulk of it edited before you give it to us. If you want us to edit it for you, (with your consent) it will cost $75.
- Once your application is submitted you will receive an invoice reflecting the payment total. The down-payment is due upon receipt before services begin.
- After what you have requested is received, and the website has been constructed, you will be given 1 week with 3 revisions to look it over and make additions, subtractions, and edits.
- After the 3rd revision you will receive the final invoice (with any updated calculations, i.e. stock photos ($3.24 per picture), written content $100, and $75 for edits.
- If you are getting more than one item, fill out a separate form for each business.
