Form/Application Instructions:

Before filling out and submitting your application, please read the following information and eligibility requirements carefully.

1. Applications are due no later than 11:59 pm local time on January 31 ^st 2022.
2. Late applications will not be considered.
3. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
4. All applicants will be informed about their application status at the end of February.
5. The program begins in March.

Eligibility:

1. Students from AHSS with a GPA of 3.6 or above will be given priority consideration.
2. Students from DSSE with a GPA of 3.4 or above will be given priority consideration.
3. All students (DSSE and AHSS) are required to have no history of academic integrity or conduct violations.

The application has to be completely filled and submitted in one sitting. You cannot save the incomplete application. Keep the following documents ready and then start your application:

At the end of the application, you will be required to upload the following documents. Without uploading these documents, you will not be able to submit your application.

1. CV: this should include work experience, volunteerism and a list of meta-curricular activities you have undertaken at Habib; (single PDF, DOC or DOCx file for all uploads)
2. Questionnaire: Please answer the following questions within the word limits:
• Describe what makes you an ideal candidate for the program and your motivation for joining GSCP. How would being part of the GSCP help you in your educational and professional goals?
• Describe how you have contributed to the Habib University and local community thus far in your academic career. This should include a description of service, the results and the impact of your contributions.
3. Include the names, position and contact information (email) of two individuals who can speak to your academic performance and/or your community and service outreach. References will only be contacted if we need further information regarding your application.
