- Nominees must not have received the award previously.
- Nominations are submitted without the nominee's knowledge.

Provide a written summary for a nominee who consistently demonstrates excellence in teaching and exemplary dedication to the College and their discipline. The recipient will be a student-centered educator who engages with students in a manner that focuses on their development as whole persons and strives to eliminate any barriers to successful completion of course, program, and College requirements. The recipient will be innovative lifelong learners who provide leadership beyond the classroom.*
