The information contained in this application is used only for the purpose of placing a puppy and will not be used elsewhere. A $200 deposit to hold your puppy will be collected after your application is approved, and litter has been confirmed. The deposit will be deducted off the total price of the puppy.

Do you understand that puppy selection will occur at 5-7 weeks of age and in the order of the waitlist?
Are you willing to purchase a puppy that does not meet your criteria? (We may suggest a puppy that isn't the color/gender you wanted but is the correct temperament for your lifestyle)
GOING HOME: All puppies will go to their new homes at 8 week old. It is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. REMEMBER- puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age.

On average a puppy shouldn’t be alone more than 5 to 6 hrs. a day to start
Do you understand the time and energy it takes to care for a puppy:
Will you be attending obedience classes with your puppy?
Will the puppy be picked up from Our Doodle Acres?
If so- This litter will be available to go home on a specific date. This date will be provided once puppies have been delivered. Will you be able to take this puppy home on this day? or will other accommodations be needed?
Would you like to have the puppy delivered? (for an additional cost depending on distance)
Sheepadoodles require love and attention. Are you committed to unconditionally giving these things for an undetermined number of years?
CONTRACT: We do have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. Considering that all puppies will be DNA tested we would like to go through genetics with you, give you an understanding of anything important (merle gene for example). A contract allows for there to be a meeting between buyer and breeder to document our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later.

SPAY/NEUTER: We require spay/ neuter contract for all of our puppies. If you do plan to breed your puppy, contact us first and we will discuss breeding rights. Breeding rights will ONLY be reserved to breeders who have been approved and deemed ethical. This is to ensure that none of our puppies will be placed in a puppy mill situation or accidental litters occur.

Completing this application is a step in the process of acquiring a puppy from Our Doodle Acres, but it does not guarantee you will get a puppy from this or any future litter. In addition to this application we may request a Facetime or Zoom call with you. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.
