Celebrate Independence Day at Summit Park – July 4, 2025
The Red, White & Blue Ash Festival is the premier Fourth of July event in the Tri-State area, drawing over 90,000 attendees annually. With live national entertainment, rides, fireworks, and an array of delicious food, this is a prime opportunity for food vendors to showcase their offerings.
To be considered, please complete this application and submit all required materials by Friday, February 28, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to food establishments, including food trucks, restaurants, and catering services.
- A complete application, menu, and a photo of your setup must be submitted for consideration.
- Vendors must have operated for at least one full year.
- Note: Beverage sales are exclusively handled by our concessionaire and cannot be sold.
Selection Criteria
Applications will be evaluated based on:
- Food Diversity: Ensuring a variety of cuisines and offerings.
- Menu Quality: Freshness, creativity, and alignment with event standards.
- Presentation: Visual appeal and organization of your setup.
- Participation in prior years does not guarantee acceptance. All decisions are at the sole discretion of the Events Committee.
Fee Structure
$1,000 for a 10 x 20 booth space.
$600 for a food truck space.
