The applications will allow students to collaborate and share student developed content and teacher resources collectively; resulting in an enhanced learning experience. These documents are hosted on external data storage sites and students will be required to have email addresses. For students in grades K-6 email will only be accessible within Prairie Rose. As part of the implementation, students will be instructed on the importance of protecting their private and personal information online. More information on cloud usage in the classroom and digital citizenship instruction can be found in administrative procedure A321 Cloud Based Applications and Data Storage.
