    This form does NOT confirm an order from Golden Swan Sweets; rather, it serves as a preliminary guide for both parties. If you do not see what you are looking for, please choose the closest approximate item and leave a message in the box above. 

    After submitting the completed form we'll review your order and will contact you within 24-48 hours for confirmation and any further discussion. If you don't receive an email from us, please check your spam or junk folder!

    We kindly request a minimum of two weeks' notice for all orders but will do our best to accomodate rush orders. $7.99 handling fee added to all shipped  orders. ( This is not the shipping fee)

    We accept Venmo, local checks and cash. We can also send Credit Card invoices through Square and Paypal. CC payments will incur 3% surcharge .

    Payment is due when your order is confirmed. Payment plans are available for weddings and other large events.
