PLEASE READ FULLY! THIS IS YOUR VERIFICATION FOR CONTRACT TERMS/CONDITIONS.
This agreement is to verify your participation in One Verrado: Pop-Up Market event. Saturday April 22, 2023 and Saturday April 29, 2023.
Events will take place at Verrado High School, 20050 W Indian School Rd, Buckeye, AZ 85396 and run from 2-6pm.
This event is outdoors and on Agua Fria School District Poperty. Please be sure that there is no trash or anything that can ruin their property or grass. Available trash bins are available on site.
Restroom use will NOT be available, so please know you can ask a neighbor vendor if you need to leave. Closest restrooms will be at the Frys location just a few seconds down the street.
Please bring a tent and tent weights in case of wind. All vendors are given a 10x10 space and will be assigned spaces. Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits visible and as inviting as possible. ALways have fun and add your own flair!
**No selling of alcohol, marijuana edibles or anything flammable is allowed**
She Hearts Crystals LLC is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor. In addition, Scentartistry assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects and the sales you make for that event. We want everyone to be successful and want to return to our event every year!
Vendors may have access to event space beginning at 1pm for set up. The event starts at 2pm and concludes at 6pm. Participation in dates of this event are voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.
Vendors must pay the registration fee before vending space is reserved. You will have 48 hours after invoice is sent to secure your spot. If you are unable to pay by this time, your space will not be held and vendors spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Vendor space location is layed out by She Hearts Crystals LLC. All vendors are required to leave space clean and free of any trash or debris once leaving the event.
Payment shall be made directly through Square.
Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the event will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled for personal reasons (not related to weather) by She Hearts Crystals LLC, this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund. If in the event of weather conditions and the event needs to be cancelled, vendor fees will carry over to a future date to participate. Refunds will not be given to those unsatisfied with results, as each vendor has different outcomes and all dates may vary in traffic/sales.
IF YOU FEEL ANY BIT OF SICK OR HAVE BEEN AROUND ANYONE THAT HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, REFRAIN FROM GETTING OTHERS SICK AND PUTTING THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES AT RISK. STAY HOME. WE NEED TO WATCH OUT FOR EACH OTHER AND KEEP OURSELVES AND OTHERS HEALTHY AND SAFE!
Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for Event. Your signature verifies your consent to all terms.
Any cancellations later than 72 hours prior to event or any vendor no-shows, will not be considered for future events.
