  • Group training sessions are best suited for those that want to train in a group setting and share the cost of a trainer (most everyone does this option). One-on-one training is another option, and is best suited for individuals that don't want to train in a group setting, need more guidance, specifically want to work one-on-one with a certified trainer or have specific scheduling needs outside of our group session times.

    Group sessions will be scheduled generally at peak times 6am-7am or 6:30am-7:30am, 11:30am-12:30pm or 12pm-1pm, 6pm-7pm or 6:30pm-7:30pm (10 available sessions per week). One-on-one session times are available during non-peak times (all other available times).
