đź‘‘SPAS AND TIARAS POLICIES/AGREEMENT
It is our intention to provide professional and pampering spa party services to empower and uplift your little princess(es) or girls group. We do understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. In consideration of your time and our party host(s), we have adopted the following policies for first-time and returning clients of the Spas and Tiaras by Kiara Pampering Party family:
✨CONSULTATION
A mandatory 15-minute consultation is required before your requested booking reservation is confirmed. This will allow you to provide me with as many details as possible to ensure that I can accommodate your party needs. To book a consultation, please visit https://calendly.com/satbykiara and follow the on-screen instructions.
✨EMAILS
ALL communication going forward from the consultation will be via emails. Please be sure to provide an email address that you often check. All information pertaining to the party and party
participants will be sent via email.
✨DEPOSIT
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold party reservation. The remaining 50% is DUE a week (7 days) prior to party date. Please be aware of accepted methods of payment.
✨METHOD OF PAYMENT
At this time, the only method of payment is via credit/debit card. ALL invoices are sent via email through the secure Square app. Here, you will be able to add your card for necessary payments. Please note, there may be associated fees for use of credit cards.
✨CONSENT FORMS
Consent forms are available via Spas and Tiaras website and may be filled out online. Consent forms MUST be signed and returned prior to party date. If for any reason consent forms are not signed and returned prior to party date, party date will have to be re-scheduled.
✨COVID-19
With the on-going pandemic the world continues to face, please be aware of what Spas and Tiaras is doing to ensure safety, by reading the COVID-19 section of the Spas and Tiaras website. To ensure safety for ALL party participants, a NEGATIVE COVID-19 test result is REQUIRED for ALL participants two (2) days prior to confirmed party date. Failure to provide test results will result in mandatory party cancellation. Face masks are to be worn throughout spa party for both party participants and guests. Failure to comply will result to party being canceled or delayed. If a party participant or guest presents any allergy, sinus, cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, please be mindful
of others and cancel. Failure to do so will prohibit individual from entering party area.
✨RIGHT TO TERMINATE
It is Spas and Tiaras discretion to terminate any bookings at any time. If for any reason, Spas and Tiaras feels to not continue with a booking, it will be canceled with notice. Please be aware of the cancellation policies.
✨ARRIVAL POLICY
PARENT(S) OF PRINCESS OF HONOR: Please arrive no later than 10-15 minutes prior to agreed spa party set-up time. This provides time for party host(s) to view the party area and determine proper set-up of party equipment, while allowing for an unhurried experience.
✨LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If any party participants arrive to the spa party after the scheduled start time, participant will only be able to participate in party activities that are currently happening at the time of arrival and the remaining activities planned for the remainder of the party. Please note, due to schedule and set timeframe of the party, we will not be able to delay the party start time under any circumstances. Starting and ending the spa party on time is necessary to ensure other parties scheduled for the day remains on time.
✨CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate that you cancel your party up to 24 hours prior to your confirmed party date. You may cancel via email. If for any reason you decide to cancel less than 24 hours of confirmed party date, you will only be refunded 25% of your invoice balance. For emergency
cancellations after 12 hours, please call. In instances where I may need to cancel, I will notify you as soon as I can to reschedule your party date. Please note that rescheduling is the only option for cancellations on my behalf.
✨OTHER SPAS AND TIARAS POLICIES
There must be at least one (1) parent or guardian present during spa party at ALL times. Please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you wish.
✨SPAS AND TIARAS LIABILTY SECTION
1) I give my permission for my child to receive spa party services offered by Spas and Tiaras by Kiara.
2) I understand that this service is a pampering spa service to empower and build confidence within little princesses and to not be confused with an adult nail salon or adult spa service.
3) I understand the risks associated with pampering spa parties that includes but are not limited to:
• Burns and allergic reactions from chemicals, such as nail polish, facial lotion, glitter tattoos, etc.
• Staph and bacterial infections
• Slip and fall injuries
I therefore release the company and the individual spa party host from all liability concerning these injuries that may occur during the pampering spa party.
4) I understand the importance of informing my party host of all medical conditions and medications my child is taking, and to let the party host know about any changes to these. I understand that there
may be additional risks based on my child’s physical condition.
5) I understand that it is my child’s responsibility to inform the party host of any discomfort she may feel during the pampering spa party so that the party host may adjust accordingly.
6) I understand that I or the party host may terminate the session at any time.
7) I have been given a chance to ask questions about the pampering spa party services and my questions have been answered.
By signing below, you agree to the policies, agreements and the liability section that have been presented before you in this document. Please note, failure to sign and return will prevent your requested party date from being reserved.
