The purchase price of one or more dogs or puppies (hereinafter, "Dog") from Toledo Presas (hereinafter, "Seller") may vary depending on the litter. A non refundable $500 deposit, which will be applied to the purchase price, is required to reserve each Dog. Buyer will pay the remaining balance of $1250 the day the puppy turns 8 weeks; and acknowledge that seller may terminate the contract if Buyer does not have sufficient funds upon 8 weeks of age.

- In the event that Buyer no longer wishes to or fails to make a payment to purchase Seller's Dog, Seller will be free and clear to place

- Buyer acknowledges they will not receive $500 out of the amount they have paid if they terminate or fail to complete the purchase

- Upon completion of payment, Seller will promptly transfer Dog's veterinary records and registration (if applicable), unless Dog is sold

- Seller acknowledges and guarantees Dogs will be sold with limited or full registration rights through UPPCC and will provide Buyer

- Buyer has 5 days from pickup or delivery for Dog to be taken to veterinary clinic at Buyer's sole cost. If Buyer fails to do so, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the health guarantee will be null and void. If Dog is found to have or possess any hereditary issues or genetic defects, Buyer must provide the name, number, and other contact information of the licensed veterinary clinic, providing also a written statement from the clinic in order to receive a replacement puppy.

- Sellers health guarantee does not cover cherry eye, entropy, allergies, elongated soft palate, umbilical hernia, dermatitis, or mange.
