Thank you so much for your interest in being tattooed by me. To help me best accommodate you. Please fill out this form to give me an idea of your desired tattoo idea/concept. Please note: I will try to answer submissions in a timely matter. Typically (1-4 business days.) But in some cases it might be a bit longer. So please be patient. Not all submissions will be accepted. Due to my books potentially being closed etc. If that is the case. I will ask you if you’d like to be placed on a waiting list for when I reopen my books. Or you can simply wait to re-inquire when I post about openings. Again thank you so much! I look forward to hear from you!

Please submit a photo of the area you’d like to get tattooed. (If it is somewhere more delicate. Please submit only what you feel comfortable with.) Preferably, have a friend/partner/family member take the photo. (As if I were looking at the area from my view.) This generally helps with the design process. To ensure proper fitment of the design.
If you have references, images, inspirations, you'll be able to submit them via email once you have been contacted. (Please note: I do not copy tattoos or other artists artwork. Everything I do is 100% custom. I can take an idea/concept from other artworks and put my own style/spin on it. But again I refuse to steal from other artist.)
