Acknowledgement
COMMUNICATION AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION: I understand that I am expected to respond to Pink Phurree team communications and actively participate in Pink Phurree team events.

INSTATEAM INTERNAL TEAM COMMUNICATION MOBILE/WEB APP: I will download InstaTeam to my mobile device and/or access InstaTeam web app from my computer/tablet and update my attendance status (YES or NO, NEVER MAYBE) for all team activities, including practice sessions, workouts, clinics, meetings, festivals, etc.

ATTENDANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY: I will participate in scheduled practice sessions and will communicate my attendance status through InstaTeam.

IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND AN EVENT AFTER CONFIRMING ATTENDANCE, I WILL NOTIFY THE ORGANIZER THROUGH INSTATEAM AND/OR PHONE or TEXT to 832-278-2010 as soon as possible.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES: I will pay my annual dues by February 1^st each fiscal year.
If I am unable to pay dues, I will contact Pink Phurree Treasurer to make arrangements.

EQUIPMENT: I will be responsible and take care of Pink Phurree paddles, Portable Flotation Device (PFD), dragon boat, and other items belonging to Pink Phurree Dragon Boat Team, Inc.

If equipment has been assigned to me for the season, paddle/PFD, I promise to return the equipment in good condition at the conclusion of the season. I will be accountable for damaged or lost equipment.

PERSONAL ENRICHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT: I will take initiative and pursue opportunities to improve my skills as a paddler by watching recommended videos and reading recommended materials, as well as attending, when possible, training workshops hosted by Pink Phurree and Pink Phurree partners.

RESPECT AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS- I promise to share Pink Phurree’s message of encouragement, demonstrate respect, as well as recognize and support Pink Phurree’s mission of demonstrating active survivorship and inspire others within our community and beyond.

I will commit to do what I can to ensure the success of myself, my teammates, and the Pink Phurree organization.

I will proactively communicate any issues immediately to team leadership that could potentially have an adverse impact to myself, Pink Phurree teammates, and/or the Pink Phurree organization to Pink Phurree leadership.
