Cancellations and Rescheduling: I totally understand things in life come up and flexibility is key in maintaining our crazy schedules. I make every effort to accommodate client schedules and ask that you, as a client, do the same. To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance at katyjudkins@gmail.com to avoid a rebooking fee of 25% of the cost of services missed. No Shows will result in a 50% rebooking fee of the cost of services missed.*

Redo Policy: If you are unhappy with your services, I ask that you let me know at katyjudkins@gmail.com within seven days of your appointment. I will always do my best to correct the situation and assure you are 100% happy with your hair.*

Children at the Salon: For safety and liability reasons, I ask that you please leave your children home if they are not receiving a service so you can completely relax while enjoying your service! I am also a momma and "me time" is real and important!
