CANCELLATION POLICY: We request a minimum of 48 hours for all appointment cancellations.  Cancellations made in this 48 hour window and no-shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the service cost. LATENESS POLICY: Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. The client will be charged as a last minute cancellation.  REFUND POLICY: Please reach out to the salon within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will be issued. EXTRA PERSONS POLICY: We request that you do not bring any extra people with you to your appointment as we are limited on space in a salon suite. This includes children of all ages.
