  • STUDENT INFORMATION

  • If reporting Dual Enrollment (college courses), please upload supporting transcript. Ensure subject/course name matches the transcript.  Percentage grade is required.  You may ask the college teacher to issue a percentage grade for your student. If however, this is not possible, the Parent/Guardian on record may assign the earned grade. 

  • ACADEMIC REPORT: 

    If no high school credit was earned, please skip Dual Enrollment & Credit Guideline section.

    DUAL ENROLLMENT: In the subject line include "CP" for College Preparatory Course, "H" for any Honors course, "AP"for Advanced Placement course, and "D" for Dual Enrollment after each course name.  Leave blank if unknown.  Example: English 9  CP  

    Dual Enrollment: Please ensure you get a percentage grade from the teacher for all Dual Enrollment courses, otherwise the homeschool parent must assign a percentage grade. Supporting document from school must be uploaded at time of report.  You must include the class code and title in the subject line.  Example: GEO102 World Geography  D  

    Note: In order to be properly credited, all Honors Courses must include a class syllabus and Dual Enrollment courses must include a transcript with grades.

    CREDIT GUIDELINE:

    One Semester=Half Credit (.50)  Full Year=One Credit (1.00)

    One College Semester=One Year High School Credit (1.00) 

    10-POINT GRADING SCALE:

    A: 100-90 (Excellent)

    B: 89-80 (Very Good)  

    C: 79-70 (Average)  

    D: 69-60 (Passing)  

    F: 59 or below (Failure)  

    I: Incomplete

    W: Withdrawn 

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Input subject name & course title (subject, Class, Book or Curriculum Name). Using the 10-point grading scale input the earned letter grade that coincides with the Percentage Grade.

    Leave Credit box blank if no high school credit was earned. 

    We kindly ask that you DO NOT USE ALL CAPS when inputting info below. Doing so may cause a delay for transcript requests.
