Please be sure to hand in or email copies of the Ashland Farms Waiver and Kivu Rider Release. Both must be signed ONE TIME ONLY annually. The forms are available for download at the bottom of the "clinics" page at www.KivuSporthorses.com/clinics

Ashland Farms Waiver

Please ensure all horses also have negative coggins before hauling in.

Clinic pricing is the following (Clinic fee + access fee):

$75 per lesson (per discipline or horse + Ashland access fee per discipline / horse (up to 5 horses in xc; 3 in Stadium; 2 in dressage)

$100 for a private in any phase

Access Fee:

$20 for Dressage / Show Jumping

$35 for XC

$0 for Ashland Gold members

There are access discounts for multiple horses and /or arenas (Dressage and SJ = 30$ / combined access fee XC + Any other arena(s) = $40 All Around Day Pass).

The total (lesson fee plus access fee) should be sent to Aubrey in one payment.

***Payment is due the Wednesday before the clinic, and will be refunded minus an office fee ($15) if a scratch is needed until noon on Friday of the weekend of the clinic unless otherwise discussed. No refunds will be offered after Friday at noon.****

Further logistical info will be sent prior to the clinic. Schedules tentatively will be emailed the Wednesday before the clinic itself, any changes will be emailed by Friday afternoon before the clinic.
