How to Schedule an Appointment:
If you would like to schedule a tattoo appointment you must submit a booking request form. Flash booking forms often remain open; Custom books open roughly once every other month and I am only able to take a limited amount of projects per booking session.
Submitting a form does not ensure an appointment; Projects are chosen based on many factors but your project is most likely to be accepted if you are requesting imagery that resonates with me.
Hourly rate
$180/hr for Flash designs as of January 2022 *Cash only*
$200/hr for Custom designs as of January 2025 *Cash only*
Deposit:
A deposit is required to book an appointment. The deposit will go toward the price of the tattoo.
- Flash Designs- $80 deposit.
- Custom Designs- $100 deposit (larger custom projects will have a higher deposit).
Please pay within 2 days of receiving invoice or listed appointment date may no longer be available.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Your deposit covers one reschedule if given 48-hour notice. If you need to reschedule a second time you will need to submit a new deposit.
Record of deposit is associated with a scheduled appointment. If there is no scheduled appointment the deposit will expire within one year from the date it is left.
Studio Rules:
-Plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are running late or anticipate you may arrive late, please call the shop phone to notify your artist. More than 15 minutes late without calling is considered a no call/no show.
-Please do not bring children with you to your appointment, we do cannot allow minors in the building.
-We are CASH ONLY so please come prepared.
Design Review Policy: (CUSTOM PROJECTS ONLY)
A shaded mock-up of the design will be sent for client’s approval usually a few days before the appointment (unless it is agreed that the design will be drawn on.) Clients may request adjustments to the design if it is not to their liking or does not adhere to their original requests. “Adjustments” include things like changing the shading/color scheme, omitting design aspects, or altering a portion of the design that does not require making changes to the structure of the design.
If clients would like to request a larger change such as:
-Including a design aspect that was not included in the original booking form request or
-Changing the overall layout of the design
this may result in an additional drawing fee (not to exceed original deposit cost). Custom designs are very time consuming and can be made more complicated by clients being undecided on design/elements. Please do your research and be thorough in your booking form submission to avoid having to pay additional drawing fees.
