• Day/Event Rental Agreement for Building Facilities

  • Options and cost of use for the facilities:

    Option 1: Reunions/Receptions/Other Events $125

    Includes the us of the Kitchen and Commons area.  This use of the Gymnasium is an additional $75.

    Option 2:  Wedding Receptions/Dances/Other Large Events $350

    Includes the use of the Gymnasium, Commons and Kitchen areas.  Food is allowed.  There is a $350 refundable deposit required. 

    Option Gymnasium only: $75

    Option Commons only: $50

    Option Kithen only: $75

    *You clean up after your event or pay $50/hour with a minimum of 2 hours for us to clean up after your event.

  • It is hereby agreed that the Spirit of the Cats' Foundation party of the first part, agrees to rent to, party of the second part, the above listed building facilities for this activity.

    It is further agreed that the party of the second part shall assume all responsibility and liability for any injury or damage to person or property on the foundation facilities during the rental period, and that the party of the second part shall absolve and hold the first party free from all injury and damage during the time the second party uses the foundation's facilities under the agreement.  It is further agreed that should the party of the second part's schedule conflict with any foundation event, the second party's event will be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

    The party of the second part further agrees to abide by all rules and regulatios for the use of foundation's facilities as attached hereto.
