Thank you for your interest in fostering! Fosters are volunteers who bring dogs or cats into their home until they are adopted and help us learn about the animal! Fostering is FREE! We provide all the supplies and vetting while you learn about them! Do they like cats, dogs and kids? What’s their favorite toy? Are they potty trained? Fosters are crucial to us being able to place pets in appropriate forever homes. Fosters help dogs & cats learn how to live life comfortably and adjust again after experiencing hardship. Fostering can be hard for humans, but we are here to support you. Along with supplies and vetting, we have a team of volunteers to help with training, introductions and any other needs you may have with your foster! We also know loving and letting go can be hard, but every time a foster is adopted it allows us to save another. (Don’t worry, if you fall in love and your foster is your perfect forever companion, you can adopt!)

By signing below, I agree all information on this page is accurate and current and agree or understand the following:

1. The Foster Home understands that the basic medical care and general expenses shall be the responsibility of Creekside Animal Rescue Inc and that in the event an animal would become ill, the foster home agrees to contact Creekside Animal Rescue Inc at the number provided and further understands they are NOT authorized to take the animal for medical care unless they have spoken to one of the directors for approval. If the foster home takes a foster in for medical treatment without prior consent, Creekside Animal Rescue Inc reserves the right to NOT reimburse the foster home for the medical expenses incurred. 2. The Foster Home agrees to care for its animal(s) in a humane and responsible manner and to provide the foster animal with sufficient shelter, food, and water. 3. The Foster Home agrees that his/her foster animal(s) will attend at least one adoption event per month. Event attendance does NOT require that the foster home remain at the event, only that the foster animal(s) is/are present.
4. The Foster Home acknowledges that ownership of all foster animals shall remain with Creekside Animal Rescue Inc until such time as a proper adoption is completed. No foster animal may be adopted, transferred, or relinquished without prior approval by an authorized team member of Creekside Animal Rescue. 5. The Foster Home understands and agrees that Creekside Animal Rescue Inc foster animals are rescues thus rescue animals respond and react to situations differently and unexpectedly. So the foster home understands and agrees that Creekside Animal Rescue Inc makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, about the foster animal's health, behavior, or temperament. 6. The Foster Home agrees that if the foster relationship is terminated by either themselves or Creekside Animal Rescue Inc, the foster will not solicit donations or adoptions from any of Creekside Animal Rescue Inc adopters or supporters for any other rescue groups or shelters.

The Foster Home understands that all work done with Creekside Animal Rescue Inc is at his/her own risk, and hereby releases Creekside Animal Rescue Inc, its officers, board members, and team members from any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from his/her voluntary foster care and/or from any claims relating to adoption, ownership, or possession of the foster animal(s The Foster Home also agrees to hold harmless Creekside Animal Rescue Inc, its officers, board members, and team members from any and all losses, fines, claims, or damage arising out of or relating to the foster animal(s) and his/her voluntary care of such animals, including any claims for injury or damage to persons or property caused by the foster animal(s
