💳 Payment Reminder & Online Payment Terms
Friendly Reminder:
The full balance for Pets N Plants, Inc & Pets N Plants, LLC services is due on or before the scheduled start date of service.
If payment is not received in full on or by the start date, services will not be provided, and the $35 Booking Reservation Deposit will be forfeited.
📄 Online Payment Terms & Conditions
By using our Online Payment service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) between you and Pets N Plants Incorporated, dba Pets N Plants, including its affiliates and subsidiaries (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Authorization & Payment Processing:
By accepting this Agreement, you authorize us to initiate an ACH (Automated Clearing House) debit or depository transfer check from the account you specify, in the amount you designate, payable to Pets N Plants.
Funds must be available in your account at the time of payment submission.
If your bank does not honor the payment due to insufficient funds:
The transaction will be reversed.
Your bank may assess its standard NSF (non-sufficient funds) fees.
Pets N Plants will apply a $35 service charge and/or a $35 late fee, as permitted by law.
Confirmation & Communication:
You consent to receive a one-time electronic confirmation of your payment to the email address or contact method you’ve provided.
Bank Regulations:
Your rights and responsibilities regarding preauthorized electronic fund transfers are governed by your financial institution’s policies and applicable regulations. Please contact your bank for further details.
