  • Maximum rental time frame is five hours total. Reservation request and payment must be received no later than two weeks prior to the desired event date to allow for adequate staffing and planning. The Arden resident requesting rental must be a current ACA member for the calendar year in which the rental is being requested. Requests and rental payment for the following calendar year will be accepted and reserved as Pending until that calendar year membership renewal is processed. Payment by check requires two separate checks: 1) for the non-refundable rental fee of $100; and 2) for the refundable cleaning deposit in the amount of $50. Payment may be paid via check, cash, or VENMO. The refundable $50 cleaning deposit must be a check or cash (held until the post-event inspection is completed), unless payment is received through VENMO. VENMO payment of the refundable cleaning deposit may be completed as one transaction for a total of $150. The $50 cleaning deposit will be refunded via VENMO after post-event inspection is completed. Make checks payable to Arden Community Association or ACA.

  • ENTER A TIME FRAME UP TO 5 HOURS TOTAL. MAXIMUM RENTAL IS 5 HOURS. IF ADDITIONAL TIME IS NEEDED, PLEASE INDICATE SO IN THE COMMENTS/QUESTIONS BOX BELOW. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY FOR LONGER RENTALS.

  • Gazebo & Picnic Table usage rules:

    The Gazebo is lit with Edison bulb string lighting and can be used upon request. Outside electrical power is available upon request.

    1) Decorations may not be nailed or stapled to gazebo wood; all decorations must be hung using adhesive hooks (e.g., Command hook style), or using other removable, non-damaging methods (e.g., zip-ties; scotch tape; painters’ tape – NO DUCK TAPE)

    2) Decorations may not be hung from lighting and wires

    3) DO NOT write or carve the wood on the picnic tables, or use stainable materials. Use table covers if necessary to protect the picnic tables

    4) DO NOT remove picnic tables from the patio gazebo area

    5) DO NOT litter; trash and recycling must be properly disposed of in designated bins

  • Gas Grill usage rules:

    The gas grill may be provided for use upon request. The grill must be used in the gazebo/picnic area on the concrete sidewalk or asphalt adjacent to the gazebo/picnic area. 

    1) Gas is not provided; you must bring your own gas bottle to use the grill

    2) Grilling utensils are not provided; you must bring your own grilling utensils

    3) Grill grates must be cleaned using the cleaning tool provided; cleaning tool must remain with the grill

    4) A spray bottle for water is provided for your use; spray bottle must be emptied after use and remain with the grill

  • Firepit usage rules:

    The firepit may be used upon request by adults only. Firewood is not provided. Benches for seating around the firepit are available upon request.

    1) Firepit must be attended at all times by an adult

    2) Fire must be contained within the pit

    3) Only firewood and kindling wood may be burned in the firepit (no trash, plastic, metal or glass)

    4) Flame must be maintained at a controllable level

    5) After use, flame must be fully extinguished using water prior to post-event inspection

    • By using the ACA (Arden Community Association) wireless service and connecting to this network, you are agreeing that you will not use this service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
    • The ACA has no control over the information available over the Internet and cannot be held responsible for content or accuracy.
    • The ACA cannot be held responsible for any confidential or financial information patrons may send over the Wireless Internet. A person's use of the Wireless Internet leaves electronic information in the public domain. Internet communications are not private, nor are they confidential.
    • Please be aware that you are connecting to an unsecured network. Information sent over the wireless network MAY be visible to others.
    • By using the ACA wireless service, you assume all risks associated with the use of this service, including but not limited to, any risk to your computer, software or data of being damaged by any virus, software, or any other file which might be transmitted or activated due to use of the service.
    • The ACA shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues or lost profits, resulting from the use or misuse of this service. By using the free Internet service provided by the ACA, you are agreeing to the disclaimer set forth above.
    • Parents and guardians are expected to monitor children's use of the Internet.
    • This is a service and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
    • The ACA disclaims any liability for unauthorized security breaches.
    • The ACA encourages all users to adhere to good security practices.
    • The ACA reserves the right to deny or restrict access to any user who abuses the network, such as excessive bandwidth consumption or using the network for any type of criminal activity.
    • The ACA does not guarantee minimum Internet connection speeds.
    • The ACA is not liable for failures in system operation, content of sites viewed, or safety of material accessed. Patrons may wish to activate any security protocols available on their computers to provide additional safeguards.
    • The ACA volunteers are not permitted to support user connectivity issues or user computer issues of any type. When ACA volunteers are contacted for assistance, they will only verify the current operational state of the Wireless Internet System. The Information Technology Committee will treat repair issues related to the Wireless Internet as a lower priority than work orders and issues directly affecting the ACA board, committees, and clubs. This Internet service should be used for occasional access to the Internet only, and should not be relied on as a person's only means of Internet access.
    • By connecting to the ACA Wireless Internet users acknowledge all associated risks. If you do not understand and agree to this Disclaimer and Terms of Use you are not permitted to use this service.
  • PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS

    If you plan to pay via VENMO., please process as "friend/family" so that your entire donation can be allocated to the cause as we are not for profit. With all PayPal transactions, fees are charged to ACA. Those fees will be deducted from your cleaning deposit refund. Thank you!

  • Cleaning deposit fee is refundable upon favorable inspection. Prior to leaving the event or before the next scheduled event, an ACA representative or designee will perform an inspection of the premises to examine the condition of the property and determine any damage or extra cleaning requirements. If damage has occurred or extra cleaning is needed as a result of your event, ACA reserves the right to be financially compensated by the renter for all costs for damages, including but not limited to estimates and labor for the contractor of ACA’s choice. If extra cleaning is required, or damage is determined, the cleaning deposit will not be refunded. ACA reserves the right to deny future rental requests.

  • WAIVER FOR ALL USERS OF TOWN HALL: ARDEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION IS NAMED BELOW AS ACA.

    I and my guests understand and agree that I (we) enter the ACA Town Hall/grounds at my (our) own risk. ACA and its volunteer board, committee and club members are not responsible for any harm to any person or belongings in the building or on the grounds, or those belongings left behind. I am responsible for any misconduct or myself and all guests, including damage to ACA Hall/Grounds. I will inform my guests of the above, agreed upon conditions, and acknowledge with waiver be my signature below.
