I will provide weekly reports and/or updates to a representative of Cat Action Team (CAT) when requested.
I understand that a representative of CAT may visit my home for inspection purposes.
I understand that CAT will re-home the animal(s) as soon as a suitable adopter is selected.
I release CAT from all liability concerning any damage the animal(s) may cause to myself, my property, or others on my property.
I have completed, signed, and returned the CAT Volunteer Agreement along with this application. (See below instructions on how to access this document)
