I hereby certify that all information on this application is true, and I understand and agree that Wayward Rabbits will do their best to verify any, and all, information needed in order to process this application. I understand that false information may void this application and any future applications. I also understand that failure to comply with all requirements, such as spaying or neutering, could result in my inability to foster or adopt animals from this organization.  Your failure to comply may also be shared with other rescue organizations at Wayward Rabbits discretion.
