⦁ REVOKE Governor Inslee’s emergency powers during the 2022 legislative session per roll call vote and limit the Governor's authority of emergency powers to implement policy ONLY. Under NO circumstances is the Governor able to create or write health policy or law.

⦁ IMPLEMENT CRITERIA (a, b, & c) by which all future public health mandates must ADHERE (as recently achieved through the “Medical Freedom Act” by Ohio State legislature) to include as follows:

a. TREAT, all constituents, citizens of Washington State equitably, providing equal benefits and risks to all. ALL Washington State health mandates, proclamations, rules, regulations meet Federal and Washington State NON-Discrimination laws and policies. Treat all vaccinated and unvaccinated children, adults, citizens, constituents, and community members alike and/or indistinguishable.

b. UPHOLD Federal and Washington State Constitutional Rights and current Washington State Laws as defined by RCW and WAC’s.

c. REQUIRE that ALL Washington State public health mandates, proclamations, rules, regulations be voted upon and approved by the Washington State Legislature in both the House and Senate by roll call vote.
