If you are a driver, please include both your racing resume and your event background. The resume may be submitted in .DOC, .DOCX, .PDF format and the file name must be your first and last name with the word "Resume" at the end. Example: MarySmithResume.pdf or JimSmithResume.doc. Current Photo – This means a picture taken within the past 12 months. It does not have to be a professional head shot, but it needs to be a head and shoulders photo that is clear, focused, taken without sunglasses or hat, and preferably smiling. If you do not have a current photo, please ask someone to take one of you in business casual attire. The photo should be taken against a solid background that is any color other than white, and the camera should have a 3 mega-pixel resolution or higher. Please submit the photo in JPG or PNG format. You must submit this head shot with your first and last name with the word Photo at the end. Example: MarySmithPhoto.jpg or JimSmithPhoto.png. Logistics - Employees in the logistics database can qualify as an Event Specialist, Program Managers, Producers, CDLA drivers and Chauffeur Drivers. They have signed off to adhere to the policies that are outlined in the EventLink Employee Manual. Individuals would be required to set up and tear down tents, props and associated equipment based on the event specifics. During the event, the logistics team will be responsible to ensure that the event site is clean and orderly, while always striving to achieve and surpass the Company and the client"s quality standard. The Logistics staff may also be utilized for event assignments such as facilitating registration, providing product knowledge, and other countless tasks that are necessary to facilitate successful events. 2. Promo / Registration - These are the women and men who make sure that a program has participants. They gather crowds, pass out informational material, direct people to our displays, create enthusiasm for our programs, register participants and distribute promotional prizes. A positive attitude and a smile are required for this position. 3. Product Specialist - A professional presenter, this person has learned a great amount of automotive product information and is passionate about sharing that knowledge with the program participants. In situations where there are static displays, this is the person who will give walk-around presentations, invite participants to sit in the vehicles, answer questions, encourage exploration and build enthusiasm for the brands we are representing.
